Experience the fabulous entertainment lifestyle now.
Only at Bayshore Residential Resort.

How would you like to be entertained to the max for the rest of your life?

Future residents of Pagcor’s fast-rising Entertainment City along Manila Bay get a sneak peek at the fabulous entertainment lifestyle with the soft launch of Megaworld’s Bayshore Residential Resort in the heart of the upcoming Resorts World Bayshore City.

Their life of entertainment actually starts now, as the first buyers of Bayshore Residential Resort get to watch play dates starting this November of The King and I, with acclaimed West End stars Leo Valdez and Monique Wilson in the starring roles, at Resorts World Manila for absolutely free.

“With our landmark entertainment agreement with Resorts World Manila, investors and aspiring homeowners of Bayshore Residential Resort will get to experience the wonderful Broadway and West End lifestyle now. They don’t have to wait until 2016, the expected opening of the new Resorts World Bayshore City, to experience world-class entertainment,” noted Megaworld Resort Estates Inc. FVP for Marketing and project head John Natividad.

He added, “With the location of Bayshore Residential Resort very near to the Grand Opera House, residents will regularly have a pleasant experience watching world-class shows. Proximity to what could be the grand centerpiece of the whole Entertainment City could mean two things: First, that Bayshore Residential Resort will be a much-coveted address; and second, that value will increase exponentially in this world-class entertainment, shopping, gaming and leisure complex in the future.”

Since Megaworld wants to reserve the entertainment lifestyle only for a select few, Bayshore Residential Resort features only six clusters of mid-rise buildings. All will only have up to 15 units per floor, rising 12 storeys high.

Investors and single individuals may choose from studio units at 36 sq.m. and executive studio units at 40.8 sq.m. Newlyweds may opt for the 1-bedroom unit at 54 sq.m., while bigger families may settle for the 2-bedroom unit at 72.50 sq.m.

All units at Bayshore Residential Resort come with balconies so that residents may enjoy the fresh sea breeze and enjoy Manila Bay’s world-famous sunsets.

Amenities have been carefully chosen so that the entertainment factor will be at a high within the community itself. The centerpiece of the project is a large beach-type pool shaped like a lagoon. Barbecue pits, tropical landscaping and hammocks further the project’s beach resort feel.

“This tie-up with The King and I has been warmly received by our discriminating clientele, and I presume that it will only make them eager to experience the entertainment lifestyle in Bayshore Residential Resort in the next few years,” Natividad concluded.
